THE PROGRAM

Regulate & Restore™

Regulate & Restore™ is an 8-week trauma-informed program that integrates animal-assisted experiences, nature-based regulation, and structured clinical support to help adults restore nervous system balance, emotional resilience, and embodied safety. Hosted on a 40-acre therapeutic farm, participants engage in intentional experiences with animals, guided forest work, and small-group therapeutic processing in a calm, contained environment.
